Exercise 1. «Parade Step» 

You are standing upright, your arms are down – Picture 1 - and start to march maximally high raising knees as if you press them to your stomach. 


Exercise 2. “Hold a Stone” 

You are standing upright, hands on your waist as in exercise 1. Your knees are a bit bent (!). Now bend your knees stronger and intensely stretch and relax the muscles of buttocks several times as if you hold a stone between them. 

Straighten up not unbending your knees. 


Exercise 3. “Skipping” 

You are standing upright, your knees are a bit bent. Start a kind of run in place, but do not take off your toe from the floor, but just only heels one by one – quickly faltering from foot to foot and maximally quickly setting your knees ahead. Only your knees are moving ahead-back! The exercise should be done with maximal quickness and not more than one minute in the beginning. 


Exercise 4. “Bridge” 

You are lying on your back. Your knees are half-bent and your feet bear against the floor. The arms are lying along the body. Touch the floor steadily with your back. Now lift you pelvis maximally up.  


Exercise 5. “Muscles of Potency” 

May be it is the main exercise. You are lying on your back as in exercise 4. Legs are a bit apart and you become to strain and relax directly “muscles of potency”. They are inside between the anus and testes, there where inside of your body there is an invisible stem of the continuation of penis. You may feel them, feel with fingers in the moment of strain. 

In order to develop them you should try as if you are straining to shift them, to bring together anus and testes. The like strain emerges when you restrain urination – in doing so the muscles of buttocks remain relaxed! 

The aim of doing this exercise is not the number of exercises but a power with which you may induce straining of the “potency muscle”. 


Exercise 6. “Vacuum-cleaner”  
One exercise more for the development of “muscles of potency”: you are sitting on a chair a bit bent ahead, but your shoulders should be set back.  

Imagine, that on the seat of the chair buckwheat groats have been scattered and you are trying in the mind’s eye to suck them into yourself by the zone between testes and anus, as it does a vacuum-cleaner. Relax and repeat this exercise several times. If you do this exercise correctly, the muscles of buttocks remain practically relaxed. 

General recommendations: the strain should be increased very gradually, the number of exercises should be done basing on your sense, beginning from not more than 10 times of fulfilling of each exercise – the effect you will notice just in a couple of days and further on you will begin to enjoy the exercises.
